Andy McNeill

Andy McNeill is a waste and environmental services executive with more than 25 years of experience in residuals management, organics recycling and industrial services.
Leveraging deep operational and financial expertise, Andy founded Denali Water Solutions, a national organics recycling company focused on beneficial reuse, land application and the sustainable management of organic residuals. Before launching Denali, he served as CEO of Terra Renewal LLC and its subsidiaries, leading the company from a small residuals operator to the 23rd-largest waste company in the U.S. Under his leadership, Terra Renewal specialized in handling residuals from food processors, municipal wastewater treatment plants, restaurants and oil and gas exploration and production operations.
Andy is also a partner at Magazine Capital Partners, a private investment group focused on long-term ownership of essential service businesses. In addition, he owns AMMCO Solutions Group, which provides industrial cleaning, grease trap and septic services, and Total Environmental, a network of recycling centers serving northwest Arkansas and Missouri.
A frequent speaker on waste-related topics, Andy regularly presents on land application, beneficial reuse and the evolving role of organics management in modern infrastructure. He has served on multiple industry and community boards and spent 10 years at Arthur Andersen as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies.
Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He is a certified public accountant and an avid runner, rock climber, skier and triathlete.
