How do I make reservations at the host hotel for the show?

A block of discounted rooms is available at the Sheraton Grand Nashville to event attendees at a special group rate of $289.00 per night plus tax for single/double occupancy.

The discounted rate is available until the cut-off date, May 18, 2026, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY

Check-in at the Sheraton Grand Nashville begins at 3:00 p.m. CT and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. CT. Any departures after 11:00 a.m. CT are subject to a full day charge. Attendees can contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out. Please note that while you can request a late check-out, it is not guaranteed and is extended at the hotel's discretion.

HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1-888-236-2427 and request to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 24-hour window, attendees will be charged a fee of one night's room and tax.

The Organics Recycling Conference will be taking place in the Ballroom of the Sheraton Grand Nashville. Registration will be stationed in the Ballroom Foyer.
