2026 Registration Pricing

Discounts Policy:

To qualify for the group rate three or more individuals from the same company must register. Attendees registering in a group of 3 or more will receive a 10% discount on their total purchase. To qualify for the group rate, groups must register at the same time. Discount cannot be retroactively applied.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing and either faxed or emailed. Voicemails will not be accepted. A full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued if the cancellation is received by May 8, 2026. No refunds will be issued after May 8, 2026, or for no-shows. If you cancel your registration, your hotel room will no longer qualify for the group rate and may also be cancelled if booked at the host hotel. Organics Recycling Conference reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees will be issued only if this occurs. Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the event in his or her place.

Substitution Policy:

Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the event in their place. At this time, the original attendee's log-in credentials will be deactivated and new credentials will be sent to the new attendee.

Confirmation Policy:

All confirmations will be sent via e-mail to the primary registrant unless otherwise arranged with show management.

Organics Recycling Conference is a business-to-business event open to trade professionals only. Persons under 18 (including infants) are not allowed into the educational sessions or food functions.

Show management reserves the right to remove or to deny admission to anyone who is deemed a risk to the professional atmosphere of the event, who fails to comply with the rules & regulations of the event or hotel, or for any reason whatsoever. Show management reserves the right to do so without liability for refund of any fees paid or due, and without liability for any other damages caused by such action.

Chargeback Policy:

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after your registration has been processed constitutes a breach of these terms.

In the event that a chargeback is issued after registration — including, but not limited to, cases where the request is made past the stated cancellation deadline — the attendee (and their organization, if applicable) will be ineligible to attend, exhibit, sponsor, or otherwise participate in any future GIE Media, Inc. events until the full amount of the chargeback has been repaid to GIE Media, Inc.

Repeated or unresolved chargebacks may also result in permanent exclusion from participation in GIE Media, Inc. events.

Consent for Video/Photography:

Photography, video, and/or audio recording may occur at this event. By entering the event premises, I consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, and reproduction of any and all recorded media of my appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever, and I waive and release any claims I may have related to the use of recorded media of me at the event, including, without limitation: any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of me; any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement; or for any fees for use of such record media. I understand that all photography, filming, and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent, waiver, and release.
